Quality is no coincidence. Flyerline Switzerland attaches great importance to providing top-notch quality.

At Flyerline, quality isn’t just a word, it’s an attitude we embrace with every fibre of our being and a promise we make to our customers. In 2011, we became the first online print shop in Switzerland or anywhere in Europe to have been successfully certified in accordance with the quality and development standards set forth in ISO 9001. Our employees additionally take part in regular training and take advantage of opportunities for further education.

We document all processes and procedures. That’s how we ensure that each and every print job that passes through our company is monitored with the same meticulous attention to detail and produced in accordance with our stringent quality standards.

If a mishap still occurs despite our very best efforts, we take it very seriously. We consider complaints to be an opportunity for self-improvement. It goes without saying that, in the event of any production errors for which we are responsible, our customers will receive a replacement immediately and hassle free.

Long-standing business relationships with our suppliers

We have long-standing business relationships with our suppliers and collaborate exclusively with suppliers who meet our criteria in the areas of corporate social responsibility and quality. We are in close contact with our partners at all times and all materials delivered to Flyerline are subject to a strict incoming goods inspection.

FSC®-certified print shop

Flyerline Schweiz AG is an FSC®-certified print shop. We exclusively use paper products produced in an environmentally friendly way. The FSC® certificate also serves as a guarantee to our customers that our print products meet the stringent criteria set by the Forest Stewardship Council®. Our customers have the option of using the FSC® logo on their printed matter so that they can openly proclaim their active commitment to the environment vis-à-vis customers and partners.

Printed in Switzerland & Truly Swiss

With our specially developed “Truly Swiss” label, we want to send a clear signal and use it to underscore yet again that we are a medium-sized Swiss enterprise. We are at home in beautiful Thurgau, which is also where we take receipt of all customer orders and have our production facilities. We even source our machines and materials exclusively from Swiss suppliers and our logistics partner is Swiss Post. Our regional roots are extremely important to us, which is why we support regional clubs and institutions and embrace our corporate social responsibility in the region through long-term commitments. We are also a key employer in the region and are licensed to take on apprentices.
